A little about me…

My Claim to Fame

It was 1982, the theme song from Fame blaring on the TV. Clutching my ukulele, wrapped in nothing but a towel, I burst into the living room, interpretive dancing my little heart out. The final lyric - “High!” - was punctuated by a flourish and…well, the towel didn’t make it to the finale.

Apparently, clothing was optional in my early performances. Thankfully, that phase was short-lived, and the ukulele has long since been retired.

My Calling

From a young age, I sensed there was more to life than what I could see. I could feel energy, connect with unseen realms, and offer comfort in ways I didn’t fully understand at the time.

Sometimes, that comfort took unexpected forms, like bursting into the living room with my ukulele and interpretive dancing until everyone was laughing so hard they forgot their troubles, even if only for a moment. I didn’t know it then, but those performances were my first attempts at shifting the energy around me, using joy as a kind of medicine.

Over the years, these gifts unfolded naturally - shaped by both wonder and challenge - and became less about performing and more about simply holding space for others to reconnect with their own inner light. This energy expressed through me in a variety of ways including art, music, laughter, and writing. My free time was spent drawing, playing a few musical instruments (yes, one was a ukulele), watching I Love Lucy and Three’s Company, writing short stories and poetry. I was most at home with a pencil in my hand - Ahhhhh the fresh scent of a newly sharpened Ticonderoga HB pencil!

What I do

Since 2007, I’ve been honored to support people through intuitive readings, energy work, and creative expression. I collaborate with guides, star families, and higher consciousness beings to share insights, transmit healing, and activate new possibilities.

I also create Soul Paintings - visual representations of a client’s energetic blueprint - and offer guidance for those awakening to their own intuition.

Whether you’re stepping into the unknown or navigating a big transition, I hold a safe, grounded space for your process.

Work Stuff

Over the past two decades, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside some of the most inspiring voices in the spiritual and transformational fields.

In 2005, I joined Agape International Spiritual Center as the Content Producer for Michael Beckwith’s #1 radio show, Wake Up – The Sound of Transformation. In that role, I produced over 500 episodes and interviewed hundreds of visionary teachers, authors, and healers. Those conversations shaped not only my understanding of consciousness but also my commitment to helping others find their own path.

I’ve also served as Vice Chairperson for the Global Alliance for Transformational Entertainment, founded by John Raatz with honorary founders Eckhart Tolle and Jim Carrey, supporting creative projects that uplift and awaken. As a Consulting Producer on In Deep Shift on OWN, I helped bring stories of personal transformation to a wider audience.

Beyond media, my work has included board service for the Tashi Lhunpo Monastery, where I helped raise funds and awareness for their mission of preserving Tibetan culture and wisdom.

For several years, I led American Dance Movement as Executive Director, expanding access to dance education in underserved communities.

Today, I’m honored to serve the Monroe Institute, an organization dedicated to helping people directly experience expanded states of consciousness and remember that they are more than their physical bodies.

Through all these experiences, one thread has remained constant: a devotion to creating spaces - whether on air, on stage, or in quiet moments - for people to feel seen, inspired, and connected to something greater.

What Really Matters

What did I miss? I am from Halifax, NS, Canada. I love fish and chips, and old churches and graveyards.

Exit stage left - Catherine, off to watch her favorite episode of Three’s Company, Up in The Air.
